**PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE COMPLETING A PRODUCT RETURN. UNAPPROVED PRODUCT RETURNS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED BACK TO SENDER**
There are certain items that can be returned/exchanged without phone or email approval. The approved conditions for product returns are listed in the dropdown below. If the reason you need to return your item is not listed, please email or call us to discuss the issue. If you see your reason for return listed, please select it and complete check - and PLEASE print a copy of your return order confirmation and include it with the item you are sending back. We will hold the return order for receipt of your item. Please read the following carefully:
• The $7 fee listed above is the shipping charge to send the item back to you via USPS. If there is a charge for the return, you will see it listed in the dropdown.
• Once you have completed checkout, please print out a copy of the email receipt you receive (pg 1 only) and send it in the box with the returned item.
• Do NOT return the item in it's original gift box as the packaging will not be returned. Secure the item in a ziplock bag or wrapped in tissue and then put it in a padded mailer or box.
• Please use the appropriate packaging and delivery to insure the contents when you are shipping the item to us - do NOT put items in paper envelopes as the paper will rip in the mailing process and the item could be lost. N&L is not responsible for the item until it is received in our office.
• Returns are processed within 5 business days of the date the item is received in our office. You will receive an email once the package has shipped.
• Item(s) will be shipped back to the bill to address used at check out unless another address is specified as a ship to address at checkout.
• If the reason you are returning an item is not listed below, please contact us to discuss the reason for return. If approved, we will set up an individual return ticket for you to submit.
