How many blessings can you count?  On this simple necklace you can count up to five kids or all the members of your family!  Each birthstone can represent someone you love.  You can put just the birthstones of your kids or grandkids or you can include mom and dad too.  For a mother of two you can put a birthstone for each child plus both parent's birthstones in the 4 stone design. Or, also add the stone for the month you were married and pick the 5 stone design. Just to represent the two kids you can choose the 2 stone design.
