I first ordered my grandmother necklace 7 years ago. Over the years, I added new charms for new grandchildren. The last time I added charms, my necklace was lost in the mail. Needless to say, I was devastated and so were Nelle and Lizzy. They went above and beyond to recreate my original necklace and send it to me quickly. I love this company for their compassion and heart. It was all about making me happy. I love my new necklace and will always buy from Nelle and Lizzy. I love them❤️

The Nelle & Lizzy people were so good, gracious, and accommodating to my special request. When we had our 10th grandchild I knew the bracelets could only take 9 names. They were able to "work it" so 10 names could be included. (They even got Mimi's name stamped on the inside!) I believe it was Jim who set this gift (this heirloom) in motion. I so appreciate Nelle & Lizzy's kind and accommodating service.

we wanted to get a grandmother's birthstone necklace for my wife for mother's day. There are 13 grandchildren so the usual stuff on line just wasn't working. Someone got behind on the job and it wasn't until the weekend before Mother's Day that i got a hold of Nelle & Lizzy. We communicated 2 or 3 times over the weekend and I was hoping it would get done and to me by Mother's Day. It was here 3 days ahead of time. My wife loves it and wears it every day. Especially nice now since she doesn't get to see the grandchildren as often as usual.
