We will research your orders and if we find a minimum of $500 we will send you your Loyalty Code! If not, we will contact you to get a little more info so we can do some more research.
1. Loyalty members receive a 3 business day turnaround on all orders with no rush fees. If the item is unavailable and can not be filled within the 3 day minimum, the customer will be notified immediately. During the holidays, (April 15-May15) and (November 20 - December 31) Loyalty members orders will take priority over other orders but may take up to 5 business days.
2. Loyalty members will receive Free USPS shipping within the US on all orders, regardless of amount. If the customer lives outside the US, we will take $10 off their international shipping costs. Please make sure you choose USPS shipping when checking out. If you choose UPS or any type of rush shipping service the free shipping does not apply.
3. We will do special promotions monthly to all Loyalty members that are only open to our VIPs. You have to opt in to our email list to be a part of these promotions.
4. Once you receive your Loyalty Code it can only be used on orders placed by you under your billing name. If your code is used by someone else, it will not be honored.
5. Your Loyalty Code has to be entered for each order. If the code is not included in the order we will not know it is a Loyalty order and it will not receive VIP service and free shipping. Your code will be very easy to remember so we hope this will not be a problem!
6. Our lawyers tell us we have to tell you we reserve the right to change the terms of this program at any time or cancel it at any time....but that wouldn't be very nice so we don't expect to!
