At Nelle & Lizzy we are always being asked to contribute to many worthy causes. It became too hard to choose what to support so we created a plan that would benefit a cause important to us and an institution important to you. Since we are moms we understand the value of education. And, being moms, we have bought wrapping paper, chocolate candy, popcorn, magazines, cookies, cookie dough (you get the picture) in support of our childrens’ schools. Instead of picking a national organization to support, Nelle & Lizzy wanted to support the organizations important to our customers. So we are partnering with parents around the country to benefit the schools in your area by offering a product most parents would be eager to purchase.
How does it work? Easy. Complete the steps below to begin a campaign. A campaign is defined as a one week promotional event where all product sales generated using an assigned promo code will be totaled and a percentage will be donated to the specified school using the following scale:
1-50 orders, 10% will be donated back
51-100 orders, 15% will be donated back
101 + orders, 20% will be donated back
Orders average around $100 so the donation back to your school could make a pretty big impact!
Step 1: Complete the Registration
Have a school representative complete the downloadable registration form . The form must be co-signed by the head or principal of the school. The registration needs to be emailed back to us (info@nelleandlizzy.com) with a copy of the school’s 501(c) non-profit status tax letter (mandatory).
Step 2: Pick A Date
All programs run the span of one week. Campaigns begin at 12:01 a.m. on Mondays and end at 11:59 p.m. on Sundays. Blackout dates are October 15-December 31; and April 1-May 15.
Step 3: Promote Your Event
We supply great tools to make your campaign a success. Once you have signed on for a campaign, we can send you a sample email for you to distribute and a flyer which can be downloaded and handed out the week of the event.

RULES:
* Only authorized school personnel or PTA/PTO representatives can officially request to open a campaign. The head of school or principal must authorize by signing all paperwork. You must be a non-profit public or private school with 50 or more students to be eligible.
* All campaigns run 1 week in length. Individual schools may run one campaign every 6 months.
* If a school can not provide a copy of their 501(c) non-profit status, they will not be eligible to participate.
* The amount contributed back to the schools is based on product sales and total number of orders. Shipping, taxes and rush fees are excluded in the calculations.
* The total of product sales will be calculated 30 days after the campaign closes (to allow for returns/issues). Totals will be pulled based on the school’s assigned promo code. Only orders containing the promo code will be tallied. If the promo code is not used on an order, the order will not be included, even if the buyer contacts us at a later date.
* Because many of the items are customized, they are not returnable. If a customer makes an authorized return, they must do so within 30 days of purchase. After that time, the item is no longer returnable. Returned items will be credited back to the campaign total.
* Only one promotional code per order. Orders can not be combined with any other promotion.
* A campaign can be discontinued at any time, for any reason.
